Fredrik was always eager, always loyal, and always ready to do whatever I asked of him. Though he never claimed the #1 AKC ranking, he came impressively close, finishing #2 in the AKC standings in 2005, with 4 Best in Show wins and multiple Specialty wins across the country. He was invited to Crufts in both 2005 and 2007. Fredrik was not just a winner himself; he passed on his best qualities to his many offspring. One of his most notable sons is my beloved Bravo. Fredrik was also an exceptional Rally dog, earning numerous top awards in the performance ring. His intelligence, trainability, and devotion made him a joy to work with in any discipline.
Fredrik passed away peacefully at 13 years old in 2015. His legacy lives on not just through his children and grandchildren, but in the memories of everyone who met him.
