Excerpt from "Canine Images" magazine:  "Sculptor, dog owner, breeder, handler and trainer, psychotherapist and animal lover.  All of thee attributes describe Janet York, a New Yorker whose adoration of Cavalier King Charles spaniels has led her to produce champions of the breed as well as award-winning sculptures depicting them.  Originally inspired by the charm and energy of Piccadilly, the most titled Cavalier King Charles spaniel and her first dog, she took to sculpture as way of expressing her passion for animals."
